Admission Process

Thank you for your interest in Mountaintop! We’re honored that you’re considering our school for your family. Our admissions process below is designed to be thoughtful, welcoming, and reflective of the values we hold as a community. We look forward to getting to know you as you explore whether Mountaintop is the right fit for your child.

1. Admission Inquiry
To begin your journey with us, we invite you to complete our Prospective Student Form. This helps us get to know a little about you and allows us to keep a record of your interest. You’ll be guided to create an account through our admissions platform, Brightwheel. Once we receive your form, we’ll be in touch by email to share the current status of enrollment and guide you through the next steps.

2. School Tour
We offer select seasonal tour times, typically held on weekdays at 3:30 p.m. These visits provide a chance for us to meet you and your child, and for you to experience the rhythms and atmosphere of our school. After receiving your Admission Inquiry Form, we will reach out with the next available tour dates.

3. Waitlist
Following your tour, if you feel our school is the right fit for your family, please email us to request placement on our waitlist.

4. Acceptance
If a space is available and your child is accepted, we will reach out to you to complete the Enrollment Contract. A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $700 is required to hold your child’s space—this amount will be applied toward your tuition.

5. Tuition and Financial Aid

Our tuition reflects the quality and depth of our programs, supporting the nurturing environment and rich learning experiences we strive to provide each child. We are also committed to accessibility and offer a Tuition Adjustment Program for families who may need support. To learn more, please see our Tuition Information page.

6. Enrollment
Once your child is confirmed to attend, your teacher will contact you to arrange an enrollment interview, ideally in person. This heartfelt conversation allows you to connect and gives the teacher an opportunity to truly come to know your child, helping to ensure the most thoughtful and gentle beginning to their journey with us.
